Can I purchase replacement parts?
Unfortunately, we’re currently unable to offer individual components of the frame. The one exception is nose pads—they’re available here, and you only pay for shipping!
Do you ship internationally?
At this time, we only ship within the United States. However, we do partner with select international distributors abroad. For inquiries, contact us at hello@paradigmeyewear.com.
Do the frames include prescription lenses?
We don’t currently offer the addition of prescription lenses, but all Paradigm frames—including sunglasses—are prescription-ready and can be fitted at any optical retailer near you.
Can I try on the frames before purchasing?
Absolutely! Paradigm is available at optical retailers across the U.S.—visit one to try on your favorite styles. Find a location near you here.
Is there a warranty included with my purchase?

What is your return policy?

Can I use my vision insurance at checkout?
We’re unable to accept insurance payments directly through our website. If you’d like to use your insurance, we’re happy to help you find an optical retailer near you that carries Paradigm. Find a location near you here.
